Cheque Post your cheque with the remittance advice from the bottom of your invoice, and return in the envelope provided. Alternatively, please enclose your Smartel Customer Number with your cheque so your payment can be allocated to your account. Your Smartel Customer number is found at the top right hand side of your monthly invoice.
Direct Debit The monthly fees incurred on your account are paid from your specified bank account on the 20th of each month. To pay your account via Direct Debit, please fill out a Direct Debit Form and send it to Smartel. Smartel will then load the form and send the form to your bank to activate at their end.
Direct Debit Forms received between the 1st and the 20th of each month are loaded to begin making payments in the following month. Forms received after the 20th of each month, are loaded to begin making payments two months following receipt of the form.
Electronic/Automatic Payments You can transfer funds directly from your bank account to our bank account either as a one off payment, or by establishing an Automatic Payment facility.

Credit Card You can make a one off Credit Card payment or regular monthly payments. When you set up your Credit Card to make payments automatically each month, payment of the total amount owing on your account will be made on the 20th of each month. Please fill in the CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AUTHOURITY FORM.
In Person You can visit any branch of the the ASB bank and make a deposit into Smartel's bank account. As with internet and telephone banking, you will need Smartel's bank account details. Just fill in a deposit slip with Smartel's bank account details and include your Smartel Customer Number as a reference so we are able to allocate your payment to your Smartel account. Your Smartel Customer Number is found at the top right hand side of your monthly invoice.
