A: By using our code 0501 to make international call. Such as to call China, you dial 0501 86 123456789;

    By using our code 0501 to make national call. Such as to call Hamilton, you dial 0500 7 12345678;

 

Q: What is direct dial?

A: You make international call by dialing standard number 00. Such as to call China, you dial 00 86 123456789;

     You make national call by dialing standard number 0. Such as to call Hamilton, you dial 0 7 12345678;

 

Q: How  do I check our broadband usage?

A: You can check your broadband usage by login to the account manager shown on every page of this website.

    The user name is your smartel broadband user name (xxx@smartel.net.nz). The password is normally your phone number without area code.

    After you login please click UBS and you will find a chart showing your usage at the bottom of the webpage.

    Please note the usage is the sum of input and output traffic.
